Physical Literacy For School Age Children

Physically literacy is the motivation, confidence, physical competence, knowledge, and understanding to value and take responsibility for engagement in physical activities in life. In this course, participants will learn how to help school-age children to become more physically literate. Participants will learn about physical literacy and participate in games that help to support the development of the basic skills necessary to become physically literate.
